HI, I’M SANDY!

A fellow MS warrior and nutritionist that decided to refuse the MS drugs prescribed to me because of the horrible side-effects. I became so passionate about food, supplements, and many other naturopathic forms of healing. I went back to school and earned my BA in Nutrition Science and I continue to learn today as new proven methods become known.

I know our bodies are fighting for us everyday, and they have the ability to heal naturally when given the right support. I feel very fortunate to pass on my knowledge to you so you no longer feel you’re at the mercy of MS. You’re not alone in this! You can reduce and or eliminate your MS symptoms just as I did over 12 years ago.

I’ve taken everything I’ve learned and created this eBook and now a membership so you can feel empowered and not overwhelmed with all of the conflicting information online. I created this for you so you can be confident in knowing the exact steps to take for a future with less worry and more joy!

  • Everyone is starting their journey at a different place healthwise. While I can’t say exactly - if you’re able to incorporate all of my recommendations consistently, you can begin to see improvements in as little as 3-6 months.

  • Absolutely! Everything I recommend is all natural and supportive to our bodies. There are NO side effects to this protocol.

  • My ebook is 64 pages long. You can read it in one sitting, but it is jam packed with information - so you may want to read it more than once - or as I suggest implement a little at a time and then come back when you’re ready to move forward.

  • Not at all, we incorporate a lot of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. For any food we should be avoiding, like gluten - there are plenty of healthy alternatives to use without feeling deprived.

  • Dietary restrictions are not an issue. You will find this protocol works for everyone.

  • One of my recommendations is keeping a daily journal because over time you will see how you’re improving. If we don’t keep track, we can easily forget even the smallest improvements.

  • Yes, because you will do this at your own pace. This is not an all or nothing protocol. Everything you do will have an impact and over time you will likely have made great progress. Everyone is at different starting point so some will have more work to do than others, but there is no time limit on your own healing journey.
